01 · Billet
6061-T6 aluminium billet, cut to size and heated for forging.
02 · Forging
Pressed under high tonnage. Grain flow follows the shape of the part rather than running randomly as it does in a casting.
03 · Machining
CNC cut to the exact offset, bolt pattern and profile ordered.
04 · Finishing
Brushed, polished, powder coated or matched to a colour you supply.
